Licence

The plugins are free to use, for music of any kind, commercial or not. Please don't sell or re-host them.

Draft for review, 21 October 2026. This licence applies to Valle Solina-74 and Valle SEM-74, and comes with each download.

1. What you may do

You may install and use the software on any number of your computers, and use the sounds you make with it in any music, recording, performance, broadcast or product, commercial or not, without paying or crediting Valle Instruments. Presets you make are yours.

2. What you may not do

You may not sell, rent or sublicense the software; share it from anywhere but valleinstruments.com (link to the page instead); change, decompile or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows; or present it, or anything made from its parts, as your own product.

3. Ownership

The software, its graphics and its factory presets belong to Valle Instruments. The parts made by others are under their own licences, listed in NOTICES.txt in each download.

4. No warranty

The software is free and given as it is, without any warranty. As far as the law allows, Valle Instruments isn't liable for any loss or damage from using it. Back up your projects.

5. The end

This licence ends if you break it; then delete the software. It's governed by the law of Norway.

Trademarks

Product names mentioned in describing what inspired the instruments belong to their owners, who aren't connected with Valle Instruments and don't endorse it.
